Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, please **[contact us](/about-us)** for this delivery method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
**Global shipping is free of charge**, handling and packing fees are on us.
Boxes are amply sized and our precious products are well-protected for global transit!
## Returns
Returns are always accepted within the first 30 days.
After receiving and inspection of returns, we refund your purchase within 24 hours!
