Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer delivery with required signature, an additional cost will be applied, please contact us for this delivery method. Whichever shipment choice you make, we will provide you with a link to track your package online.
Global shipping is free of charge, handling and packing fees are on us.
Boxes are amply sized and our precious products are well-protected for global transit!
Returns
Returns are always accepted within the first 30 days.
After receiving and inspection of returns, we refund your purchase within 24 hours!
Contact customer support to start the returning proces. We do not accept returns of damaged products.
