I want to cancel an order

You have the right to cancel and return your order within 14 days of receiving it. We will refund the full payment amount within 14 days of notification provided that all good are returned in good order, and in case the products have not been shipped yet, a refund will happen immediately upon cancellation of the order.

Missing, incomplete or damaged orders

If you receive a damaged product, please send it back to us. We will arrange an exchange or refund as soon as possible.
