Contact us for more information.You can also listen to the device of your liking at home, at the place where you want to use it. Order the device and you have 30 days to return the device free of charge if you don't like it. See also information about Shipping and Returns
Changing your order is only possible if we have not sent the order out for delivery yet. Please contact us if you want to change something.
Our policy is free shipping worldwide. So we take care of the shipping costs when you order a Metrum, Sonnet or Acelec product (dealers are excluded).
When a package is delivered with damage from transport, please refuse this delivery. If this is not possible contact us within 5 days of delivery. Please state your name and the order number and add pictures of the damaged package. We will contact you and solve the problem together!Also view our Terms and Conditions
We provide a 2-year warranty on manufacturing defects for all our products. The warranty period starts on the day of delivery. If your case is not covered by warranty (see the cases discussed below) we will do our best to help solve problems:


• Defects or damage by inadequate use (for example a short circuit or incorrect connection)
• Normal wear by usage
• Defects or damage by lightning strike and electromagnetic induction als a consequence of lightning
• Moisture, water or fire damage
• Defects by inadequate modifications or repairs
• Cosmetic damage
